Childbirth with Confidence is a practical, empowering workshop designed to help you feel calmer, more prepared, and more in control of your birth. We'll explore the basics of pain science in labour (nervous system, hormones, and tension), how to shift out of the fear–tension–pain cycle into comfort-clarity-control, a practical pain-management toolbox (hands-on techniques, comfort tools, partner support), and how partners can create a safe, supportive birth environment

Practical hands-on massage and acupressure for labour and birth! In this workshop you and your birth partner will learn the techniques that can be used to support you throughout your pregnancy, prepare you for birth, manage tension and pain in your body, and relax into your labour and birth.

The postpartum period is a major physical, emotional, and identity transition, and many families enter it feeling underprepared. This Postpartum Prep Class offers realistic, evidence-informed guidance on recovery, emotional well-being, relationship changes, and early parenthood. With a strong focus on partner involvement, this workshop helps normalize the postpartum experience and supports families in feeling more confident and prepared together.
